GoinG to the chapel bar crawl
Join the Active 20-30 Club of the Redwood Empire #1029 for a formal wear bar crawl! Break out your prom dresses, bridesmade dresses, and all that other formal wear stuck in the back of your closet that you’ve only worn once. We’re hosting this fun even to raise money for Sutter’s Grief and Bereavement Support Groups and Programs.
Attendees pay a ticket price for access to specialty drink items from participating bars/restaurants; wristbands are given out at the starting host bar/restaurant. It’s a fun event, made even better by the knowledge that all of the proceeds are going to such a great cause.

The Active 20-30 Club of the Redwood Empire is a service club dedicated to helping children in our community. Each year, our club raises over $50,000, which we use to provide services and hold events for under-served youth, as well as donate to other local nonprofits and offer college scholarships. In particular, this event’s proceeds go to providing grief and bereavement services for children of our community, who have been affected by the death or illness of someone close to them. A high percent of the children benefiting from these groups and programs have gone through the incredibly difficult cancer diagnosis of a loved one, with about 12% percent of those cancer diagnoses being specifically breast cancer. This program serves 350 children a year. All services are free, not just to Sutter patients, but to the entire community.
